This Is just to help you get familiar with the EPR and vPC process. For a more detailed tutorial check out these tutorials
How It begins
You will receive an email from noreply@us.af.mil advising you to visit mypers for one of the following reasons;
1. New requests have been submitted or existing requests have been reassigned to you.
2. Another member is assigned to the same role and already completed the requested action.
3. The Air Force member updated their request (example: Change Date or Withdrawal of a Retirement).
4. Your assigned roles and delegations have been changed or have expired.
To access your vPC Dashboard Worklist tab directly, select: https://mypers.af.mil/app/processes/form/fn/worklist
IF YOU ARE THE RATER
Access and review the PR shell for the ratee you are reviewing.
You can find the PR Shell report on the right side of the screen under due date, "Display vPC Shell Report"
Use that Information to assist In filling out the AF FORM 910 Enlisted Performance Report
If you are making changes to an existing EPR you can find It under "Previous OPR/EPR Attachment"
NOTE: If you click on different entries under "Previous Coordinators" the attachment will change or disappear depending on the entry you click on
After completing the EPR In Adobe Reader attach It to vPC by clicking the "ADD" button under the "Updated OPR/EPR Attachment" section
You (the Rater) will forward your draft to the coordinator, usually the additional rater
If OPR/EPR requires corrections or additional Information, the myPers TFSC will return the evaluation to the rater via vPC-GR
You can located returned evaluations In the "Previous Coordinations" area
Review the "Previous Coordinator's" comments to determine which steps to take to proceed
The screen you will see If you go to https://mypers.af.mil/
If you have any evaluations It will be listed under "Worklist"
In this photo you can see "Display vPC Shell Report" and entries from Previous Coordinators
By clicking on different entries you can read the comments and see the attachments related to that entry
In the bottom section you can add a new or revised EPR. In the "Previous OPR/EPR Attachment" section Is where you can see the attachment related to the entry you are clicking on In the section above that.
