Virtual Record of Emergency Data

Virtual Record of Emergency Data (VRED)

Airmen should review and update their virtual Record of Emergency Data information annually, before deploying and each time they experience a major life change, such as marriage or divorce, permanent change of station or birth of a child.

The Record of Emergency Data, or RED, which replaced Department of Defense Form 93, is required to be kept updated by each service member and can be accomplished by visiting the Virtual MPF on the AF Portal at https://www.my.af.mil/afpc2ww3/vmpf/Hub/Pages/ConfirmInfo.asp.

Go to Virtual MPF. You can reach that website by going through the Air Force portal or clicking the following link https://vmpf.us.af.mil/vMPF/Hub/Pages/Hub.asp

Verify your email address and phone number. If It Is correct click the blue text that says "I have verified my email and phone"

Click on vMPF

Click on Record of Emergency Data

Click on Next Page

Review your Information and make any corrections that need need to be made. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Once all of the Information Is correct click "Submit"

To make any changes to the information on this page, click the appropriate Add, Edit, or Delete link. After all corrections have been made you will then be returned to this page for final review. Once you find everything complete and accurate, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, you will receive a "Proof of Successful Completion" notification indicating your Record of Emergency Data has been successfully submitted.
